Refund Policy

At NeoScoot, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our refund policy guidelines below:

  1. Return Eligibility: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
    • It must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, maintaining a brand-new saleable condition.
    • All original accessories and documentation should be included.
    • The item should not show any signs of damage or wear.
  1. Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, a 30% restocking fee will apply. Please note that the original shipping charges, including those for products with free shipping, are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and downloadable software products. Health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

  3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 days.

  4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. Please allow for processing time. If further assistance is needed, please reach out to us at sales@neoscoot.com.au.

  5. Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at sales@neoscoot.com.

  6. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method.

  7. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
